Ski Hill
The Spring Lake Ski Hill Association has been in operation for 20 years with many hours of volunteer work and equipment. The T-Bar, was installed before the 1990 Northwest Winter Games. This allows us to handle up to 418 people per hour. 1994 saw the purchase of a Snowcat Groomer.
Our cross country trails presently consist of 10 km of groomed trails and hopefully by the new year will expand. Alberta Power Lines were brought to us February of 1991.
If you are not a skier there are plenty of other activities at Spring Lake, including ice fishing - excellent rainbow trout, up to 10 lbs! Our chalet offers a beautiful way to warm up and watch winter activities.
